 Declutter

“Clutter is the physical manifestation of unmade decisions fueled by procrastination” ― Christina Scalise, Organize Your Life and More I declutter three times a year:  At the end of the year, during spring and at the beginning of fall.  I am always amazed at how much stuff which we have accumulated and which we did not need in the first place.  I make routine trips to the Salvation Army to donate items which can be someone else's treasures.  Decluttering clears my mind and bring fresh energy to our homes or offices.  Last week, I spent an entire day clearing out an old office space! It felt great when I was done. This week, I cleared out one room at home which will now be turned into a study.

Clean out your refrigerator

Yes.  It is time to get rid of all the sweets and sugary stuff you used over the holidays!  You will feel better immediately.  Clean it all out and replenish your refrigerator with healthy food items.
